name WAKO Shuji : lithograph / gold leaf

Wako Shuji, a Sendai resident, is a lithograph print-maker, known for his bold colors, usage of Japanese classic motives such as folded origami cranes or beautifully drapped kimono fabrics, as well as for his flawless technique. He has been handled exclusively by the Tolman Collection for over 30 years.

若生秀二(わこうしゅうじ)は、宮城県仙台市在住のリトグラフ技法を用いる現代日本版画作家。1984年よりザ・トールマン コレクションの専属取扱い版画家としてオリジナル・エデションを作成しています 東京造形大学にて13年間講師を務めた。日本版画協会会員、日本美術家連盟会員。
